- The Good Neighbor Scholarship Program (GNSP) which provides tuition assistance to students from other nations of the Western Hemisphere (other than Cuba). This scholarship is a 12-month award and is limited only to Texas public colleges and universities. The Good Neighbor Scholarship deadline is March 1. A GNSP scholarship of $1,000 USD will trigger the in-state tuition.
